This is a Japanese-style BGM with the atmosphere of a weird stall, tucked away in a back alley, but with an unusual yet noticeable atmosphere.
The shamisen, flute (Hichichiriki, Shinobue), and Koto (Japanese harp) create a mysterious sound. I think there is something like this in The Legend of Zelda.
